What type of campaigns are you running? First thing I suggest you do is read: "The Magic Of Thinking Big." Your attitude of self-doubt will seal-the-deal of failure. You've gotta have a winning/optimistic mindset to win at anything long-term.
Congrats, I wish I could say the same but I haven't had a big successful campaign in like a year now! It's really making me doubt myself. It sucks because I have the knowledge. I just feel like I lost the willpower to do anything with it. Any tips?
I've tried everything you can think of. Dating, rebills, cpa, lead gen, email submits. I've worked with ppc, ppv, media buys, social traffic. I end up going through this routine where I pick an offer for example dating, run it on some social networks, test it for awhile and when I can't get even close to breaking even I just give up and try something else. I came close to getting an international dating offer profitable, but after 2-3 weeks of running the ad on facebook all my ads now get denied. even though my previous ads are active they still won't approve me even if i replicate the exact ads that can be run. I got pissed off after trying so many things to get new ads approved that I threw in the towel on that campaign. Now I'm searching again for some other offer to promote, but for what ever reason I can't get anything to work. 2 years ago I wouldn't have any problems getting leads to anything even if i wasn't profitable. Nowadays I can't even get 1 lead out of hundreds of clicks. After all these years of learning and reading books and through experience I feel like I actually took 2 steps back. I'm trying to make the straightforward white hat marketing work, but I have a feeling that maybe I am the only one who's doing this and everyone else is still being shady affiliates by cloaking everything to make their money. I don't get it. It makes me wish I never read all of this marketing know how in the first place. It feels like it's created a barrier in my mind that won't let me be creative and out of the box with my marketing ideas. I have all these "rules" and "knowledge" that every marketer should know, but for me it doesn't work. I must be the only bloke trying to sell stuff online legit without cloaking my ass off and being as shady as possible. How can you compete with those kind of people?
You need to read "The Magic Of Thinking Big." It is impossible to succeed when you harnish self-doubt and think negatively. Remember Thomas Edison failed more than 1,000 times when trying to create the light bulb. It's time for you to STOP reading marketing books and start applying things that work. i.e. find offers that have been up for a long time and start ripping elements that you like and find appealing. Then run small tests to see how it performs on the same traffic channel :) From there use the metrics you have and optimize to see if new updates make a positive impact :)
